Body has been assessed under public bodies review programme

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has determined a full-scale review of the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is not necessary as it is a well-run organisation.

RSH has been assessed as part of the government’s public bodies review programme, which routinely considers the “governance, accountability, efficacy, and efficiency” of arm’s length bodies.
