Platform reports 50% increase in completions but investment in new homes falls again

Turnover stable in 50,000-home provider’s half-year results

Platform Housing Group has reported a nearly 50% increase in completions in its latest financial update.

In results for the half year to 30 September 2025, the Midlands-focused housing association revealed completions had risen 46.8%, from 451 to 662.
