New homes delivery in England down 6% year-on-year
Drop underlines delivery must rise substantially over next four years if Labour government is to get close to 1.5 million homes target
The total number of new homes delivered in England in 2024/25 has fallen by 6% from 2023-24, according to new government statistics.
