Experienced housing leader Hattie Llewelyn-Davies has been appointed chair-designate of a new landlord expected to be formed from a merger next year.

Llewelyn-Davies, who also chairs Eastlight Homes, will become chair of the landlord potentially going to be created by a merger of Thrive Homes and Watford Community Housing next June. Llewelyn-Davies has been appointed chair of WCH in the meantime.
