Scheme intended to meet housing need driven by Stansted Airport expansion

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios’s proposals for 480 homes in Essex have been submitted to planners.

The scheme, brought forward by locally-based developer City & Country, is split across two sites on land to the north of Birchanger and to the south of Stansted Mountfitchet.
