Unanimous approval for 329-home regeneration of former military barracks site

Barnet council has unanimously approved plans by PRP to redevelop an estate in North London.

The 329-home scheme for Notting Hill Genesis will demolish all existing buildings on the Curry Rise and Bray Road Estate and replace them with 106 homes for social rent and 211 for private sale.
