Decision follows pilot with 124 organisations

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has today decided against requiring smaller landlords to submit Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Data.

The  decision announced today follows findings from a voluntary pilot of 124 organisations.
