Sovereign Network Group appoints group general counsel to oversee its legal affairs

Kirsten Keegan

The 84,000-home housing association has selected Kirsten Keegan to join the group’s executive team

SNG has hired Kirsten Keegan as the group’s new general counsel, a role which will provide strategic leadership on legal affairs, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Keegan will be in charge of SNG’s legal affairs, following the merger between Sovereign and Network Homes in October last year.

Keegan joins SNG from global banking firm JP Morgan, where she held senior roles for more than ten years. Most recently, she led the global legal team supporting the payments business within its Corporate & Investment Bank.
