Modular developer posts £19.4m loss but insists new factory will help push it into the black

TopHat has reported a further £19.4m loss but insists it will make a profit within the next three years.

The Goldman Sachs-backed modular developer, in its results for the year to 31 October 2021, nearly doubled its turnover from £6.3m to £12.3m but still made a substantial loss.
