Housing 21 targets increased completions based on ‘stabilised’ construction market

Turnover and surplus up at 24,000-home provider

Housing21 is planning to build around 100 more homes in 2025/26 than it did in its most recent financial year, pointing to encouraging signs in the construction market.

According to its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2025, the extra provider completed 255 new properties in the period, up from 117 and all but hitting its target of 256.
