Hill Group’s 150-home ‘grey belt’ scheme approved
Developer says scheme will be 50% affordable
The Hill Group has secured approval to build 150 new homes on a so-called ‘grey belt’ site in Hertfordshire.
Dacorum Borough Council has granted approval for a new neighbourhood on the edge of the village of Kings Langley near the A41.
