Persimmon gets green light for latest phase of Cardiff development

Permission has been granted for the latest phases in a development of up to 1,500 homes on the outskirts of the Welsh capital

Planners at Cardiff Council have given the go ahead to the latest 167-home phase of a  Persimmon Homes East Wales development in the northwest of the city.

Work can now commence on Phases 4B and 5A of The Parish in Capel Llanilltern development of one-bed flats to four-bed houses, 62 of which will be reserved for a local housing association.
