Regeneration scheme in West Ealing to restart two years after contractor collapsed
The final phase of the Green Man Lane estate regeneration in west London comprises 413 homes and a new church hall
A partnership between Ealing Council and landlord A2 Dominion has agreed that the final phase of a regeneration project in West Ealing that started 20 years ago can commence after a two year delay.
The fourth and final phase of the Green Man Lan estate’s renewal has been on hold since 2023 when lead contractor Real Places collapsed into insolvency.
