Scottish Housing Regulator names new chair

The regulator oversees 140 social landlords and 32 local authorities in Scotland

Garry Coutts has been named as chair of the board of the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR).

Cabinet Secretary for Housing, Màiri McAllan MSP, announced the appointment last week.
