Persimmon wins 1,435-home permission in Devon new town
Housebuilder wins approval from East Devon council for expansion of Cranbrook new town
East Devon council has unanimously awarded Persimmon Homes planning permission for 1,435 new homes to expand a new town in east Devon.
The housebuilder said it will hand 215 of the new properties at the east of Cranbrook site to a social housing provider for rent and shared ownership.
